Ms. America
Executive Director
With over 20 years in the Early Childhood Education field, our Director, América Leticia Figueroa, a mother of 5, is committed to serving our community by supporting parents, inspiring teachers, mentoring student-teachers, and being a voice for all children.
As a teacher, she helps children explore and learn in a safe hands-on environment. Nothing brings her more happiness than seeing the growth and evolution of every student, and supporting parents in their parenting journey.
She is a teaching director leading the Pre-K classroom.
Ms. America has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, and a Bachelors Degree in Christian Education.
